My name is Utkarsh Sinha, more popularly known as Ugo (web handle "monkSinha"). People identify me as having very good management, interpersonal and communication skills. I credit these conciosuly-refined skills to my work experience, especially with my startup, and to my extensive journey during my community-service volunteering years. I am an Electrical Enginner and Master in IT from the University of Melbourne. I have worked 1 year as an Embedded Systems Enginner in Godrej, another year as the CEO of a startup, CWAIN MicroSystems Pvt.Ltd, we founded during our undergrads and one year as a Software Enginner in Honeywell Aerospace. From organisational-behaviour point of view, I have an ENFJ-A personality and am a fan of long term relatioships. I like to pick a new hobby every 3-4 years. In the past its been martial arts, literature, weight training, guitar, photography and music. I do this to explore the best things that humans have ever done and then bring it all back into my work.
